Expand your burger horizons with this Peruvian-spiced dish. Ground turkey patties seasoned with coriander, Sriracha, and garlic are pan-seared and topped with roasted Anaheim peppers and an ají avocado spread. Our creamy take on ají sauce trades its namesake pepper, ají (the pimiento chile), for the milder jalapeño. Plantain chips in a cumin-forward blend add some sweet heat on the side, while a refreshing kale and orange salad balances out all that spice.
